Notice to Our Customers of
Water Main Flushing
Parr Utilities Ltd. will be flushing our community water system (Copper Point Resort, Swansea Road, Timber Ridge and Baltac/Hilltop Communities) during the weeks of May 21st – 31st. This program is necessary to maintain the quality of your drinking water supply. There may be a temporary discoloration of water as a result of the sediment that is being flushed from the water mains. During this period, our regular water treatment will be continued.
To assist the Utility during the flushing operation, users are advised if they are experiencing persistent discoloration or odour problems with the water, to notify us and describe the nature of the problem.
We suggest that once the flushing is complete, homeowners run all interior taps until the water is clear to ensure that the initial discolouration is flushed from your home.
